Ignite has manufactured car air fresheners since 2009. Today we develop and produce OEM, private label and wholesale car air fresheners for automotive aftermarket chains, mass retailers, convenience stores and car-care brands - around 30 million units a year, sold through more than 65,000 retail doors in 18 countries.
Car air care is a harder brief than it looks. The product lives in the most hostile environment in consumer goods: a sealed cabin that swings from below freezing to well over 60°C on a summer dashboard, under direct UV, next to plastics and fabrics the fragrance must never damage. It has to release fragrance evenly for its rated life, not dump it in the first three days. And it has to sell from a peg hook in about two seconds.

Fragrance that performs on the substrate
A fragrance that smells right in a bottle can fall flat on blotter paper or bloom too hard in a gel. Our laboratory formulates and tests each fragrance on the format it will ship in, for throw, longevity and stability at cabin temperatures.
Materials that respect the interior
Car fresheners sit against dashboards, vents and upholstery. Formats are designed to contain fragrance oil and limit contact with interior surfaces, and our packaging carries the use and placement guidance retailers require.
Packaging that sells from a peg
Most car air fresheners are bought on impulse from a peg hook or a counter-top display. We design blister cards, clamshells and shipper displays so fragrance, tier and brand read instantly at shelf, and so the product survives freight and handling intact.

Library fragrances on existing structures - a standard paper shape or vent clip - carry the lowest minimums and fastest lead times, which makes them ideal for wholesale and test launches.
