The step-up tier of the car-care wall.
Ignite is a private label and OEM vent clip air freshener manufacturer. We develop the clip, the fragrance system inside it and the blister it sells from, then build and pack it on our own lines for retailers and car-care brands.
Vent clips earn their place by using the car's own airflow. Air moving through the vent carries fragrance into the cabin, so the scent is noticeable when the fan is on and steady when it isn't. That makes the vent clip the natural step up from hanging paper: a higher price point, a more considered-looking product, and a format that shoppers replace on a regular cycle.
It's also the format where engineering shows most. The clip has to grip a wide range of vent louvres without marking them, the fragrance has to release evenly through heat and airflow without leaking, and the whole thing has to look good enough to sit at eye level in someone's dashboard for weeks.

Built into a full car-care range.
Most car air freshener ranges are built in tiers: hanging paper at the opening price point, vent clips as the step-up, and hanging glass bottles at the premium end. Because Ignite makes all three, your vent clips can share fragrances, colour coding and pack architecture with the rest of the range - so the wall reads as one brand, not three suppliers.

Minimums are lowest on a stock housing with a library fragrance and your printed blister. Custom housings need tooling, which adds time and raises minimums. Send your volumes and on-shelf date for a quote.
Vent clip questions.
Do you make private label vent clip air fresheners?
Yes. Ignite manufactures vent clip air fresheners under retailers' and brands' own names, using either an existing Ignite housing or a custom-tooled design.
Can you make a custom-shaped vent clip?
Yes. We can tool a custom housing - a logo, character or product form - so the clip itself carries your brand.
How long does a vent clip air freshener last?
It depends on the fragrance system, fragrance load, fan use and cabin temperature. We test each specification and help you set a rated life the product can honestly deliver.
Do you offer vent clip refills?
Yes. Clip-plus-refill packs and standalone refills can be built into the range to drive repeat purchase.
Will a vent clip damage the car's vents?
Clips are designed to grip a wide range of vent louvres securely, and the fragrance is contained inside the housing. Packs carry the use and placement guidance retailers require.
What packaging do you supply?
Peg-ready blister cards, multi-packs, refill packs, counter-top PDQs and floor displays, designed to your brand guidelines.
