ISO 9001 quality management
Production runs under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system covering incoming materials, in-process checks, finished-goods inspection and corrective action.
Batch traceability
Fragrance, components and finished goods are tracked by batch, so any unit on a shelf can be traced back to its production run, materials and test results.
Pre-production approval
Every program goes through pre-production samples and sign-off - product, fragrance, packaging and labelling - before mass production begins.
Retailer and third-party audits
Our facilities are audited by retail customers and third-party auditors on quality, safety and social compliance. Audit reports are available to qualified buyers on request.

Air care is regulated differently in every market. We formulate and document against the target market from the start of development, so compliance review runs in parallel with design instead of holding up the launch.
- IFRA - fragrances are built to the International Fragrance Association standards that govern fragrance ingredient use.
- REACH and CLP - for products sold in the European Union, including substance registration and hazard labelling.
- VOC limits, including CARB - volatile organic compound limits for air fresheners sold in California and other regulated US states.
- Market labelling - hazard, allergen, usage and safety labelling reviewed for each country on the program.

Our fragrance laboratory tests each fragrance on the substrate it will ship in - paper, gel, polymer, wax or diffuser base - for scent throw, longevity and stability. Car air fresheners are tested for the heat and UV of a car cabin; candles for melt pool, flame height and soot; reed diffusers for performance over their rated life.
